At Progressive Consulting Inc we provide a wide range of consulting services to customers using the Progress OpenEdge platform. With over 15 years of experience of developing Progress OpenEdge applications we focus on helping our customers take their Progress OpenEdge application to the next level. We believe in the motto "innovate or perish". In order to remain competitive our customers must continually extend the capabilities of their applications. And we are committed to helping our customers do that. In order to do so we have build a network of connections with a wide network of IT professionals with a wide range of specializations. This allows us to help our customers innovate and integrate new technologies at an accelerated pace.
How We Work
At Progressive Consulting we believe you should be in charge of your own destiny and that we should unlock the technologies and capabilities for you that allow you to go where you want to go. In our approach therefore listening is key. Tell us where you want go, tell us the things you dream of but think they are out of your reach. Our approach in giving you a competitive advantage through the creative use of technology is to act as technology aggregators. For most everything that you want to accomplish the technologies to accomplish them already exist in some form on some platform. Say for example that the form is a collection of libraries and platform may be JAVA. For a Progress OpenEdge customer this would put this technology out of your reach. This is where we can step in and help. Progressive Consulting has an extensive network of affiliates that are versed in a wide array of technologies. Then we have a number of proven ways to wrap that functionality and expose it to you in a way that you can have easy access to it natively from within PROGRESS. For example we have wrapped functionality in a COM object or wrapped it in a JAVA Servlet.
